If you have been excluded or withdrawn from your University do not panic. The best thing you can do right now is get good legal advice, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. It is important that if you have been excluded or withdrawn that the University have followed procedure correctly and you should have at the very least a right to appeal the decision. When it comes to procedures and following regulations we know what we are looking for and how to present this to the University.

If you have been excluded, for failing an exam or not meeting the course requirements, or for any other reason, our Higher Education Law specialist has the requisite knowledge and expertise to advise and assist you in becoming a student again.

Often students who have been excluded or withdrawn have experienced mitigation / extenuating circumstances and it is important that this is articulated correctly to the University if this is the case. Let us make an assessment on your situation to decide how best to get you reinstated.

If you have been excluded or withdrawn, or fear that you may be, call our Higher Education Law specialist today for advice 0121 236 1985.
